Over the years, aircraft investigations have shown that 70% - 80% of air crashes involve human error. Crew Resource Management is a set of training procedures for use in environments where human error can have devastating effects. Used primarily for improving aviation safety, CRM focuses on interpersonal skills such as communication, leadership, and decision making in the flight deck and aircraft cabin.
